Eligibility Criteria of Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarships

Candidates must be citizens, refugees, or permanent residents from eligible Commonwealth countries. They must also be British-protected individuals. Candidates must possess a first degree of at least upper second-class standard and demonstrate financial need for studying in the UK.
