A part of Western Europe has the most crucial significance in the 21st century. Germany has many international students in the English-speaking world after the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia.

So far, this process has been hectic regarding settling things to reform the better lifestyle abroad. In this case, Gulhaze is from Pakistan and is seeking study abroad scholarships in Europe and other parts of the world. We have hundreds and thousands of employees across Europe.

There is always been a motive in Germany to attract international students living and working in Germany. In this regard, the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research has shaken hands with DAAD, German student Exchange program.

The first thing is FIT, which means"Promotion of International Talent for Integration into Studies and the Job Market."

This program will give money to 70 projects (each can get up to one million euros) at German universities that qualify. These projects will help international students with their careers while they\\\'re studying. Here are some things the projects will do:

  • Get international students ready to study in Germany
  • Help international students do well in their studies
  • Make it easier for international students to find jobs in Germany
  • Support international students as they move from studying to working

Support for graduates of non-German universities

The second plan is for international students who got their degrees from universities outside of Germany. Its goal is to assist them in "matching their qualifications to what the German job market needs."

The program is called "Profi Plus," for"Academic Adaptation Qualification for the German Labour Market." It will support up to 25 university projects that meet the requirements, giving each project funding up to 700,000 euros.

However, besides special training in specific areas, like coaching for job applications or learning job-related language and communication skills, Profi Plus also offers hands-on experience in companies near the university. This can help open up job opportunities or chances for promotion.

Moreover, Germany has been focusing on helping international students for a while. Back in 2018, they changed the Skilled Immigration Act. This change eliminated a rule that preferred German job seekers over international ones with the same qualifications.

The law started in November 2023 and is happening in three parts. First, they're making it easier for skilled workers to come to Germany through an EU Blue Card. Then, they're giving skilled workers the right to stay in Germany, even if they don't have a job lined up. Finally, they're introducing a card that lets people search for jobs while staying in Germany.

International university graduates can stay in Germany for one and a half years to find work. After working for two years, they can apply for a settlement permit to permanently stay in Germany.
